Western Colorado's Premier Ballet Company
Colorado West Ballet, a 501c3 company, is the first professional ballet company on the Western Slope. CWB was founded in 2022 by Absolute Dance's executive director, Theresa Kahl and co-artistic director Nicole Wilkinson. Performing in conjunction with local dancers, the company's 2025-2026 season will include three full length ballets: , as well as a mixed bill performance - Classics, Romantics, and Contemporary Works IV.

What began as a small-town dance and performance company has now blossomed into the premier ballet company in the Grand Valley. Colorado West Ballet hired in professional dancers from all over the world as well as local dancers to provide Grand Junction with an exceptional experience in performing arts.
