Western Colorado's Premier Ballet Company
Colorado West Performing Arts Company, a 501c3 company, is the first professional ballet company on the Western Slope. CWPAC was founded in 2022 by Absolute Dance's executive director, Theresa Kahl and co-artistic director Nicole Wilkinson. Performing in conjunction with local dancers, the company's 2023-2024 season will include three full length ballets: Sleeping Beauty, the Nutcracker, and The Little Mermaid, as well as a mixed bill performance - Classics, Romantics, and Contemporary Works II.

What began as a small-town dance and performance company has now blossomed into the premier ballet company in the Grand Valley. Colorado West Performing Arts Company hired in professional dancers from all over the world as well as local dancers to provide Grand Junction with an exceptional experience in performing arts.
